We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you apply for auditing slots or onboarding as a student auditor. This includes:

  • Personal Identity Details: Full Name, Email Address, and Mobile/WhatsApp Number.
  • Academic & Experience Details: College name, academic stream, and descriptions of any prior auditing/counting experience.
  • Payment Information: UPI ID details (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) used solely to process student auditor payouts.
  • GPS Check-in Coordinates: When performing active verification tasks, we request coordinate check-ins to verify auditor site attendance. We do not track location in the background or when the app is closed.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific operational and security purposes:

  • To identify and maintain your student auditor dashboard profile.
  • To match and coordinate on-site stock verification assignments.
  • To send you slot updates and operational alerts via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To execute payment payouts to your designated UPI ID after report approval.
  • To satisfy safety, compliance, and fraud prevention guidelines.

4. Cookies and Session Storage

We use secure HTTP-Only cookies and local storage tokens to handle authenticated user sessions. Sessions automatically discard after 1 hour of inactivity (or remain active for 30 days if you check "Remember Me"). We do not use advertising cookies or share user sessions with third-party tracking networks.

5. Data Sharing & Security

Your information is stored securely. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized administrators. We utilize encryption and secure database queries to prevent unauthorized data access.
